Cargo Dog Air has few scheduled routes. Operations are conducted throughout the United States and Alaska from its bases at Mid-America Airport (KBLV), Belleville, Illinois (about 25 miles east of St Louis, Missouri) and Merrill Field (PAMR), Anchorage, Alaska.
